the client's convenience, I meet with them and view the exterior and
interior of their furnished home. I offer a
professional, objective assessment of their homes' strengths and
weaknesses, suggesting low-cost solutions that will enhance the
positive aspects of their home while also creating a feeling of warmth
and comfort. I focus on curb appeal, clutter removal, the use of
color(paint) and lighting, the arrangement of furniture and accessories
and cleaning. Option 2: Staging Consultation and Full Staging Services This includes the Staging Consultation as described above and the implementation of Staging recommendations.
